The London Environmental Network (LEN) and Green Economy London (GEL) are excited to announce the continuation of our partnership with Trojan Technologies, a global leader in water and wastewater treatment solutions, through a new two-year commitment to furthering environmental sustainability and community impact in London and beyond.
“Community is at the heart of everything we do at Trojan Technologies. This is why our Community Impact team creates monthly volunteer opportunities for our London associates — and encourages them to support causes that matter to them personally. To make this possible, Trojan offers each of our associates 24 hours of paid volunteer time off (VTO) each year. The response has been overwhelmingly positive, and we’re continually inspired by the diverse and creative ways our team members are using this time to give back. Their passion is a powerful reflection of our values in action.”
– Pete Oveson, President, Trojan Technologies (Veralto Corporation)
Since our partnership began in 2023, Trojan Technologies has shown exceptional leadership in environmental stewardship and community engagement, spearheaded by their Community Impact Team. Together, we have partnered on annual community clean-up events, making a lasting difference at Mitchel A. Baran and Ivey Parks downtown London.
- 2023: 120 associates helped remove over 1,000 lbs of garbage and debris, including large items such as construction materials, furniture, paddles, and even suitcases.
- 2024: 100 associates collected nearly 900 lbs of waste, uncovering items like a metal bed frame, a TV, car parts, and a bike rack.
- 2025: 80 associates removed approximately 700 lbs of debris, including large discarded items such as a windshield, multiple chairs, a printer, an AC unit, a shopping cart, and a cooler.
Over the past three years, Trojan Technologies associates have collectively removed over 2,600 lbs of waste from London’s parks and green spaces. Associates have participated in LEN’s annual events, such as volunteering at the Heeman’s Plastic Recycling Fundraiser and running with our team in the Forest City Road Race, a testament to their commitment to the local community.
“Our partnership with LEN enables us to positively contribute to our home community of London, Ontario. Our annual community cleanup in collaboration with LEN in Ivey and Mitchell A. Baran parks has been an immensely rewarding experience that builds stronger connections between our associates, their families, and communities, outside of the office.”

We are proud and grateful to continue this partnership with Trojan Technologies as we work together to create positive environmental impacts. Their leadership and commitment serve as an inspiring example of how organizations can create lasting, positive change, and are key to advancing the LEN’s environmental programming.
