Although the justification of energy management (EM) projects may seem obvious to some people, many clients and colleagues may not be aware of the benefits. The ability to effectively communicate and demonstrate both the energy and non-energy benefits of projects or retrofits – from operational cost savings, to conservation, to reduced equipment maintenance – is key to selling EM projects.

These two, one-hour webinars will provide you with techniques, tools and hands-on experience to successfully build a compelling business case for an energy efficiency (EE) or decarbonization investment.

In this workshop series, participants will: 

►  Develop key skills in communicating the value, scope and long-term benefits of EE and decarbonization projects

► Use available tools to sell EE and/or decarbonization project to decision-makers and help vendors better understand project development
